Buying car on a provisional licence

Hi...i need to buy a car on finance from a dealer. will i be able to do this with a provisonal licence?

I can't see why not,your ability to drive or not should have nothing to do with the finance company,they only check you driving licence as proof of address not if it's provisional or not,but don't forget to take someone with you when you pick up your shiny new motor :-)
The majority of people have at least one crash within their first year of driving on a full licence so be careful. My mate bought a clio on finance and within 4 months he had written it off but still had to pay a lot back cause the car wasnt worth as much as the finance he owed.
