Since Riveredance,Wolf.....everyone Irish dances......I was taught in the south many years ago and didn't move my arms because there was no room in our kitchen without clouting the granny....
I guess the Protestants danced too....

Some dance masters were very strict and would make lads hold heavy stones in their hands to keep them still.....x
