I feel like cr*p. I have NO energy, no appetite, feel really thirsty, and have a real headache (at the back, when I cough) and my joints hurt. I thought it was food poisoning 'cos yesterday I had a really sore stomach and diarrhoea. (Sorry)

Is this flu? Anyone recognise the symptoms?

certainly sounds like a viral infection, have you got earache and dizzyness too? i had this last week and felt like I had been in a plane for 10 hours. I knew I hadn't cos I was still at home, not on a beach in Cancun. just try paracetamol, water and rest.

sounds like the virus that im just getting over you poor thing! i agree with dot drink loads, take paracetamol and rest. hope you feel better soon x

Cud be anything Scarlett....a lot of stuff has those symptyons...from menangitus to flu....take care of yourself....and see the doctor
