I think my "nuttiest" job would be flipping burgers for VERY drunk/stoned VIPs at Oasis's gig at Knebworth. It was so strange....the icing on the nutty cake was having to stand to one side when a very drunk Stuart Pearce disided to have a pee right next to the burger grill....he had to be moved by a friend of his...Funny that no one wanted any more burgers after that!!

work in security for an under-age disco.

I could hardly believe what these kids got up to in dark corners.

Potato grading - there were 3 choices, crisps, supermarket or pigs, gave me motion sickness when the machine stopped. Also turned out to be my toughtest job, 12 hours starting at 6.30am when I was 16 and looking for my first proper job!

i still have my nuttiest job, (being a huaband)

When I was temping in the summer holidays as a student, my mate and I got an assignment to unload 18 tonnes of lard from the back of a lorry into a warehouse. Got paid 18.00 if I remember (in 1994 ish).

Did the job in about 6 hours, and spent most of the money in the pub on the way home! Happy days.

It was the customers who were nutty! I worked for bt in the billing queries dept and women used to phone saying it couldnt possibly be their hubbies calling the xxx chatlines. How gullible can you get?? Ps this was many years ago before bluetooth hijacking etc.
What about being a postman - you get up in the middle of the night, work with a bunch of to**ers,go out in all weathers and deliver junk to people who don't want it.Then get home totally shattered and do exactly the same thing the following day all for a pittance!!!
