what a boring fart u will be become if you take all this advice !Stay as sweet as you are/
a lot of that is linked....

Jan 31 and I'll be honest, despite the dry month on the booze, I was 19-4. Today I came in at 16-10, target for end Sep, 15 stone. How? min carbs and that means no rice, sugar, potatoes, bread, cake, cookies, pasta and all the rest, porridge allowed as that is slow-release glycaemic sugar and soaks up the extra fat....munch as much protein, salad, fruit etc.....ethanol permitted but not cider, beer or sweet wines......

Salt allowed but in moderation.

The only thing I have missed from time to time is pasta - and I have sinned twice in that time, near Exeter, an old inn with great steaks and duck with their lovely Belgian-style frites.

For potatoes etc, I have subbed in roasted/braised chicory, lots of things like roast cauli and steamed veg.... lots of apples, raspberries and cherries - the latter brilliant if you have had signs of gout....
Try the 5:2 diet ...think that would suit you.

I'm thinking of trying it, I like my life too much to be miserable ! Thinking 2 days out of 7 I could do misery but not 7/7 :)
I once lost weight on the Low GI diet - google it.

I am about 19 stone and for a lady of my height that is too much. I was almost 22 stone.

Losing weight seems simple - but it does take willpower and commitment. I lack both and I am lazy too. When I was working I burned off more weight but I had a desk and filing cabinet to store my emergency supplies of food in.

:-)
Cup of tea and a fag Nailit?
I'd happily live on fish. Such easy food to cook.

My diet mainly consists of eggs, fish, salad, spuds.
