I am a british citizen that lives and works in Italy. I intend returning to England shortly and my Romanian coworker would like to come over as well to live. what do we have to do ? he is a Romanian citizen and has residence in Italy (for work purposes). who do we got to what do we need to present ?

yea he has a passport of course but who do we apply to for him to get residence in england ??

He'll need to apply to the British Embassy in Rome for a visa and (depending on his occupation) a work permit.

He will more than likely need an employer in the UK to sponsor him for a work permit.
