Probably the wrong place to put this question. I need to analyse some data and I need to use the independant t-test. However I have six pieces of data

3 for jumps without the use of arm swings and three without the use of arm swings. I need to analyse the difference between the knee angles of the jumps without arms swing against the jumps with.

How do I do it?

gives you the formula, but I would have thought that using just 3 samples for each situation would give you a pretty unreliable result.
