Memo to programme makers: If it ain't broke, don't fix it..............

Shocking performance. Leave well alone.

I totally agree! I was shocked to see a third presenter (didn't know who he was) So now we have one presenter for each property. I love Lucy and Martin, this new guy was like a spare part.

Agree, but it's the BBC where money is no object as long as it is not theirs, have a look at Match of the Day 1 and 2,see how many "Experts" and Presenters are on there.

When is it on? I'm very fond of Dion Dublin, he's a local hero in these parts!
Doesn't Martin always present two propertis and Lucy always does one (usually in the south)? Three does seem a bit too many though, even though it balances it out.
Maydup- it's on every morning at 10am, BBC1.

lard helmet-I think Lucy and Martin take turns on the 2/1 ratio.

Maydup, try this one

Are they related?
## Are they related? ##

Dont know ladybird, but they have spent years together on the programme.

I wonder if they have, cough, cough, you know? :-)
They are, both happily married to other people (so they say), not related in any way.

They only film the opening and ending bit together, they view the properties and interview the buyers on their own, so they probably don't see as much of each other as we think.
She only does the london(ISH) properties. He has to schlep to the glamourous locations such as hartlepool or middlesborough
I have just watched a recording of Monday's HUTH. How boring is this new presenter! He has spoilt the programme.
I wonder if it is because Martin and Lucy want to cut back on their workload a bit. I know that Lucy has a disabled daughter so perhaps this is the reason for the introduction of a third presenter.
I agree - I watch it on catchup now so that I can by-pass DD.
