The other day I contacted eBay about a non delivery (from the UK) and within 2 hours my money had been refunded to PayPal. That is what I call service!

ebay is very much slanted towards providing the buyer an excellent service these days.
The only issue I have is that they are now very anti small seller.
Thus the whole nature of ebay and what it used to be has changed.
I stopped selling some 2 years ago and if lots of other small sellers like me do the same, then it will simply become a Argos outlet
