creatine is something we produce in our bodys for short energy burst.. like a sprint across the street.... some people believe that if they drink it in a powder form or pop it in a pill form they will get bigger faster better muscles... well... thats not true its just a money making sceme.... Your body produces enough creatin and eating it does not make anything better... Creatine like many supplements just get destroyed in your liver and let out as waist products.... Its all over magazines and on tv because its aloud to be... if you really want to know the hard facts about supplemts talk to a Nutritionist... Hope I could help wayne... ps... some body builders claim it really works.. but I and many other people believe thats there brain making them think it works... bla bla bla haha... have a GREAT DAY!!! OH and watch what website you look Creatine up on .. many are (for) the supplament because they are selling it...
