Cancelling Car Lease Agreement One Week In
Hi
I wonder if anyone has any knowledge of where you stand legally about termination of a car lease agreement one week into due to the car not being of a satisfactory standard.
I took delivery of a 40K car on Tuesday but have a long list of issues that are wrong with it. I don't have much confident that it was checked properly before collection or that it will be fixed - after all if there are this many issues now it does not bode well.
The dealership say that I have to give them three opportunities to fix the car and that i'm not entitled to cancel the lease.
Where do I stand?
