why does a cake sink in the middle at the end of baking
measured everything exactly correct size tin and correct temp

Cut out the centre and present the cake as a "ring cake".... with maybe fresh strawbs /rasps/ blueberries in the centre.

The middle of the cake cooks last, therefore it wasn't in the oven long enough, try pressing the centre lightly before taking it out, if it bounces back it's cooked, if you're unsure give it another 5 or 10 minutes, hope this helps.....
