I posted a couple of days ago at being paranoid because somebody came to my door and I was in the bath I only heard a small part of the conversation about the back door and I got completely paranoid I sat in the dark for 3 nights and days could hardly sleep didnt eat much and was totally convinced somebody was out to get me I couldnt take it anymore I phoned the housing officer and told her how I was feeling and she told me the woman in question had lost her keys to the back door and she was asking people to leave it open so she could get in with her pushchair until wed or thurs until she got replacement keys I felt completely put at ease but mortified at the same time. !! I need to calm down my overactive mind.

You've had a stressful time with all the meds and the worry about the dentist - just put it in the past.

Gosh we all make mistakes Gordie.x
It's OK Gordie... We've all been there... You'll be fine. Did you go to the Doctors?
Oh gordie, how awful for you. Have you spoken to your GP about these feelings of anxiety? Maybe a course of CBT may help.

(Apologies if you have already been down this route.)
Hi 2sp...long time no see. Hope you are yours are all well xx
Hi mazie, I'm good, been hiding under the duvet with my SAD for a wee while so I can really appreciate how gordie is feeling. Hope you are well?

All good here 2sp.... great to see you (sorry Gordie)
I think you might find a visit to the GP a help

it is obvious from your posting you can see that these feelings are not normal. He will be able to help
yes, definitely worth a trip to the GP as there is an underlying issue of paranoia that you have mentioned on threads going back to 2013
