I had a free year with new lappie..this was due to expire April 1st 2015..cheeky *** had taken next years subscription today..2 whole months before I need it !...have now cancelled and obtained refund and have AVG free...bit pre emptive 2 months early I think !

Have you managed to uninstall McAfee properly? I ask because it is notoriously difficult on some PCs.

Happened to me with another company. They doubled the cost so I contacted them and they cancelled next year but halved this years price. Seems to be the way they do business nowadays. Made me sooooo mad.
