sending large files

I am trying to email a large pdf file. It is 14MB so it's too big to send via my gmail or hotmail account. Does anyone know a way around this or is the some of sort of site that will keep it as a download and I just send the link to the recipient? Please note I cannot zip this file.

A free tool recommended to you: Jihosoft Big File sender. It can split the large files into smaller pieces, After that, you can send the spitted files one by one. Finally use big file sender to merge the spitted files together to create the original file. It did work. I have tried myself.
