I bought a White Stuff top and some leggings. But I usually do my shopping on eBay where it's always cheap. Well done on the dishwasher.

No, Ive never been to the January sales. I wouldnt be able to cope with the crowds especially as i have very little sight.

I went to the Metrocentre on Monday and it was almost deserted. I bought a t-shirt (From a Shop in Newcastle)... Went online when I got home and purchased myself a couple of pairs of trainers - one pair arrived on New Year's Eve and I'm just waiting for the other pair.

Very poor offerings this year, I feel.

Bought a new sofa in the DFS 'sale'. As they always seem to have a sale on I am not sure I got a bargain but I needed it anyway.

yes -I got a voucher for xmas for my favourite independent boutique and bought a jacket reduced from £180 to £90 and a top reduced from £62 to £31. I didn't stand in line on boxing day though, I went a few days later.
