When I was in Hong Kong I had both with meals and as disgusting as they sound they were a great pallatte cleanser and helped greatly with digestion as well as being filled to the brim with gut friendly bacteria which litterally cleared out every atom of your colon the next morning leaving me lighter, happier and with a spring in my step!

So which is healthier and where can I get them in the uk as am flying over tonight for xmas :)
