I'm off to sains as soon as it opens
Now I know they stock gluten free bread but will that have fewer carbs than ordinary?
I am pretty certain they don't stock low carb
I'm not cutting out just cutting down on carbs

Hi Ric - In general yes, gluten free bread will have much fewer carbs.
Just do a quick comparison between the nutritional info on the back of a standard loaf & a gluten free one (It's generally the flour type that hoiks up the carb count)
(Low carb bread is hugely expensive and tastes awful, so yep - gluten free is a much better option to try and see if you like it)
Have a great day

Well I changed my mind when I get there
Have you seen the price of Gluten Free Bread - Its ridiculous.
Luckily I went down later on and get a £3 loaf reduced to 75p which is more like it.
So if anyone sees any reduced GFB please get me it and I will freeze it for later
