My elbow makes a loud cracking noise and clicks when i straighten it, this happens at least 10 times a day.

It doesnt hurt much but a couple of years ago i fell off my bike and broke both my arms and the said elbow.

Does anyone know if it may come from this?

It's most likely just air pockets between the joint, this is what causes the cracking noise you are hearing. That's normal. Don't worry about arthritis occuring or anything either because cracking your nuckles or joints does not cause arthritis.- Thats a tall tail. The reason why it happens about 10 times a day is because it takes a while for the oxygen to get back between the joints. But of course if it starts hurting, then I would go see your doctor. This is why you can only crack your nuckles a few times and then you have to wait a while till they can crack agian.
My knee when Im running makes a weird kinda snapp noise.. It turned out its one of my ligaments whiping back and worth when I run... And it does not hurt.. But I can feel it abit... At first I though something was very wrong with my joint.. but no.. no biggy.. and what dancealot said would make sence also..
