Numbness, Aches Everywhere...

I recently ask a question on here about arm pain and numbness in one arm and occasionally in the other arm. Good news is, I no longer have the arm pain.. But I now ache everywhere in my upper body.
My lower body seems fine apart from my knees cracking much more frequently than usual.. It's at night the problems with my legs arise. Whenever I lay flat my legs go dead.. And no matter what position I lay in.. They still feel heavy and dead. It's bare able when I lay on my front, but still irritating.
My eyes seem to feel heavy all the time but I don't particularly feel tired. In fact I feel as if I have plenty of energy.
I have booked to go to the doctors this afternoon. Bit does anyone have any idea what this could be?
Thanks

No.. Everything was clear, had full blood count.. They checked for arthritis and stuff.. None of that.. Doctors just told me to take multivitamins and exercise regularly. Just don't know what to do with myself.. It's hard enough looking after my 1 year old without having this too.. Have you any clue Sqad?
