Update On Pixie

Well rang the rescue centre at 10.15 am. Pixie was there - Couldn't get down until 2.15 and she was booked by somebody at 11.00am. Centre doesn't open until 11.00am so the person must have been standing at the gate.

They let me see her and she looked more beautiful than the photo and seemed to be a happy wee thing as she kept jumping on the kennel maid - they have me down as a second booking for her but I doubt very much that is going to happen.

I am a bit disillusioned.

Too bad JJ, you should've moved faster than a speeding bullet and got there first. You never know though, she may still be yours. Fingers crossed.

Sorry to hear that you may have missed out on this little dog, but there are thousands out there, as you know, crying out for homes. So I have no doubt that you will fall completely in love with the one that's meant for you - you won't have to wait long ;-)
