I have a confession to make, I am watching my weight but just had a kit Kat in my bedroom ( not a euphemism) and I've hidden the wrapper in my knicker drawer, phew feel better for getting out in the open :-)

Ahhhh I remember.... the spontaneous outburst of cheering when you returned... got ya...

now see I just don't get the whole guilt thing, I was brunged up by t'other lot and we could get away with murder (almost) mind you oor meenister was a real fire and brimstone kind of a man, was my pals' dad ... always had time in the vestry of a Sunday to chastise fraser and I for outr mischief... like blowing up wee camping gas canisters during the church service.... that got us in serious smelly stuff or would have if John had been able to keep his face straight...

Mother tells it best, he was coming to a real wrath of god bit in his sermon, all of a sudden there's a bang and it brought him to a stop.... huge intake of breath in the church and he continued.... when he finished and before intrducing the next him he just said... Jean (my mum) Vestry, usual time... I got a right thick ear for that one!!

Anyway....I'm a bit sad...so I'm off to sit on the patio with a glass of red and a whole bag of minstrels......and the old ciggie I found in the car...... :-(

You can fool everyone on what you eat, but you can't fool yourself. So either diet or don't, though a treat is okay now and again...just don't hide it.
