hi does anyone have any info on the jervis bay sunk in the 2nd world war my grandfather was on it unfortunatly he wasnt one if the survivers, are there any films or books out there

HMS Jervis Bay noted as sunk by the German Cruier Admiral Scheer. Noted on here: http://www.battleships-cruisers.co.uk/deutchland_class.htm scroll down to the A.Scheer info.

Hi,

My Great Grandad (my Grandad's dad) Reginald Frederick Watts served on the HMS Jervis Bay, he was also killed when it sunk in November 1940. Who was your grandfather?

hi my grand dad was called Reginald george collins, have you read the book IF THE GODS ARE GOOD, its a great book all about that dreadful night. its got the list of seaman on board at the back as well, your great grand father is there, i would recommend everyone to read it.
