6 Stoop
21 Dual (sounds like duel)

21d Draw?

21d dual (a dual system is a matching system and dual sounds like duel, a contest).

I was thinking of draw as in Cowboys and guns?
Er, no.

thanx everybody for your help.

Why not?

Hobbitess - no offence but your answer simply doesn't fit the clue. "something about cowboys and guns" is hardly adequate explanation for a cryptic clue. Do you not accept that DUAL is the correct answer?

Matching contest heard.

Draw = matching

Draw is spoken command

I think my answer fits the clue

Maybe it isn't right but there is no need to be patronizing

I daresay you will let me know that patronizing is the wrong word but I am too much of a lady to write the correct term.
Draw does NOT equal matching - match possibly, but not matching. You have conveniently ignored the word 'contest' in the clue. And 'heard' is not sufficient to lead the solver to the word 'draw' just because that's what cowboys say.

I'm sorry you felt patronised - there was no intention of that at all. It's just that guessing at answers without being able to seriously justify them helps no-one.
