We had butchers sirloin, chips and onion rings. Followed by homemade apple crumble and ice cream.

Now stuffed.

No anne, tea is an informal dinner. We have tea - we only have dinner if people are coming!

Where I come from dinner is in the middle of the day, tea is at about 4 or 5 o'clock, and the evening mea,l be it large or small, is supper.

Lunch is middle of the day, dinner in the evening. Tea is a drink. "supper" makes me cringe:-)
