ED'I DONT THINK THATS A SCOTTISH SWEARY WORD(sorry for shouting)i just use oxo (2)when i start cooking and at the end before i put in the doughballs(dumplings)i thicken it with gravy granules.my balls have risen right up to the lid,i wish my son would hurry up,i'm starving.
