I have to have a front tooth (bottom front) removed, my dentist suggested an implant but at a cost of around £3000 (yikes!) the alternative is a denture. I think I will go ahead with the denture but if I change my mind in the future (and win the lottery!) would an Implant still be possible? Thanks

Four months have passed since I had my tooth out and to be honest it was four months of hell, I couldn't get on with the denture at all, the sensation of have something constantly under my tongue was making me very sickly (and emotionally upset). So I now have had a bridge fitted and I will have to admit it looks totally natural and feels.... (well it doesn't feel anything!) My dentist had to request permission for it being done on the NHS but I was fortunate and they agreed. It is a very good job, and so nice to be able to eat in public again and smile. Thanks for everyone input and advice
