I do a big cheats version of fish cakes, but they are very very yummy. I get a packet of Smash, mix in some tinned tuna (or any cooked fish), parsley and grated cheese, form patties, coat in Paxo Bredcrumbs and shallow fry....tasty tasty very very tasty, they're very tasty!
