I went for lunch the other day and had COD AND PANCETTA FISH CAKES they were beautiful. I've been trying to find a recipe for them, does anyone know how to cook them. thanks.

unfortunately not homemade... they come from Brakes i think.

found this website. It does not actually have pancetta in it but in the comments someone has said they are a chef and added pancetta to this recipe!
