My nephew adjusted his Dell Monitor to the verticle display format. How do I adjust it back to horizontal position?

On their LCD displays it's Ctrl + a cursor (possibly just either the horizontal or vertical axis) (possibly + Alt too). One of the kids at school discovered this until I turned the function off...

If that doesn't work, I would imagine that you can go to Control Panel>Display>Settings>Advanced and there'll probably be a way to adjust it there. (Might be a bit hard to manoeuver there!)
