Disabled access holidays?

Looking for info on disabled access hotels / complexes for a person who uses a wheelchair, with very limited mobility. The surrounding area must also be flat with no stairs, as this person cannot be lifted.
Purpose-built hotels would be preferable, as this person also has some challenging behaviour which may upset "normal" guests.
Any area / price will be considered: Anywhere in particular you could recommend? Your input is much appreciated! Thanks x

Have you tried something like Vitalise (formerly Winged Fellowship Trust)

That one looks like it's more a respite holiday... There'll be 3 support workers going, so we really only need somewhere that's suitable for people who use a wheelchair and have special needs. I found a site, http://www.enableholidays.com/ but don't know if it's as good as it looks!
