I have been given the task of creating a database to record time spent on various projects in our small company.

Is there any statisfactory way in which I can record the times of different people, together with their differing chargeout rates, who work on a particular project?

For example, on project A I want to be able to record the time of a consultant - 2hrs at 100 per hour, time for a manager - 4 hrs at 75 per hour, time for technician - 7 hours at 45 per hour etc.

Thanks

Have you ever used the raedy-made templates that come with Filemaker? In version 5 (bit old I know - just like me) there is one called time-billing.

Failing that, I might get time to write one for you (can't promise just yet).
