Need to know how to change the date/time on the lcd only we've lost the user guide.

Try going to www.telecoms.toshiba.co.uk and navigate to Support/User guides and scroll to DKT3000/2000 Series Digital telephone.

There's a 1.15 MB pdf file that should cover your model.
