Reminds me a lot of Jose Mourinho ten years ago. He's got a group of very talented players, prepared to battle to the end for him and each other. I can see this bloke being a top, top manager. Your thoughts.

Very much so and La Liga has developed over the past 5 years not just involving two clubs.
There are also many good young managers in Spain, one up and coming young manager being Ernesto Valverdi of Athletico Bilbao.

It would have been forward looking for Manchester United to have gone for a young manager, but tradition won.

Champion's League final....all Spanish and this year apart perhaps from Liverpool, i doubt whether any premier league side would be in the top 6 of La Liga.
e.valverdi isn´t that young at 50 yrs old, U.emery is is only 40, and has had a lot of sucess in a short time.
piggy....you are correct, i didn't think that he was that old.
Yes.....Emery is younger.
is that the player who collapsed dramatically when beckham tapped his leg?
LOl......yes.^
He'd be a big hit in Manchester.
His name is one in the hat for the prize job at OT - but if we are prepared to take a chance on him why not take a chance on the class of 92?

If he finishes up at Old Trafford, it would be great news for Man Utd I reckon. He would flush out the deadwood, and those not prepared to give 100% in every match.
I'd love the class of 92' being a major part of the re-uniting United but that could be my heart ruling my head. I think why not give Giggs a bat at it for next season.

As for the deadwood, I am ashamed of so many of United's players this season.
Once again arksided I agree with you
