does anyone know where i can get the slipper clutch that fits on the s.motor with the cog. i got a new starter and it spins out sometimes without gripping the cog. i'm to tight to splash out another �70 for another new one.


can't find the reciept so can't go back to shop. opppps!

Most repair shops should be able to do this cheaply. Presumably it's not wear but you might have oil in it so try degreasing with engine cleaner washed off with water, allow it to rust a little if possible to regain a grip on the clutch and shaft.

Remember that it is now the seller and not the buyer's responsibility to inform DVLA of a change of ownership.
