As Woofgang says, Tinypic is easy but, in case you need a reminder:
Go here: http://tinypic.com/
Click 'Browse'.
Navigate to location of the pic you want to upload and double-click on it.
Complete the field in the 'catcha' screen (which prevents automatic uploads).
When your pic appears, highlight the bottom link by clicking on it. Right-click and select 'Copy'.
Come to an AB post, right-click and select 'Paste'
