The are his adopted kids, Phillips being their mothers maiden name (or prior married name)

I thought Bradley was his actual son? (Being a half brother of Shaun). Could have got it wrong though. To be accurate, if he has married their mother then any existing children of hers would surely be his stepchildren rather than adopted.

No he adopted both her children officially I think.

Thanks guys. Bradley is his biological son, Shaun is adopted. Just thought the double-barrelled name was unusual!

merthyr imp you are right that the children would have initially become his stepchildren but he wouldve had the option to adopt them as long as all parties were willing. my brother adopted his wifes children and they all now have his name
