Can drinking too much tea and coffee cause your blood pressure to rise?
I drink about nine cups of tea a day and one cup of coffee. Is that too much caffine?

I drink lots of coffee and have never had high blood pressure, even when I've been sat having it taken with a takeaway coffee with me.

Rushing around tends to push it up a bit if anything and I do tend to have lower blood pressure anyway and a fast resting pulse rate. I was getting palpitations and struggling to get my heart rate down a while back which turned out to be caused by taking Day Nurse for a cold with the pheni something in it - someone told me it contains something that can be used to make crystal meth!
Tilly, we are going to have to stop meeting like this :)
