well done loopyc, read in a post by kazzianne that you quit smoking today (or yesterday!)

i quit in january and guess what i would love right now! but i haven't and today i had my brand new dishwasher plumbed in whilst having a cuppa made with water out of my brand new swish new kettle, both bought with the money i have saved from not smoking for 4 months :)

its hard, very hard but it is do-able! I smoked for 25 years and had just hit the 20 a day mark, i did it with nicorette inhalators. Are you using anything....?

Good luck and take it a day at a time, i am still and have just passed the 130 day mark... :0) xxx
