Marks And Spencer Chargecard

Has anyone had any trouble with the Marks and Spencer "new" website.?
if i wish to purchase online, I am told that my password needs changing to conform with the new site. They state "we will e-mail you a link to enable to you to change your password" This link was promised 2 weeks ago,despite lots of phone calls etc., it still has not arrived, I cannot shop online, is it just me,?

I managed to sort it without any problem. Why don't you phone them, their helpline is very helpful.

No nellie, I've had problems too. No probs at all with the old web site but this new one has got me bamboozled so I just shop elsewhere. Bl**dy nuisance though, good luck !

I have phoned on numerous occasions, and have been promised this link, the helpline folk do seem to want to be of assistance. the only explanation is that they are having difficulties snding e-mails to addresses ending with Aol.com or Aol.com uk. My local m/s were also having problems ordering online yestarday.

I used it this morning with no problems.
I did get a bit confused when it said I had to reset my password, but I got the link in my hotmail account within seconds.

Not really liking the new website though.
