What would we do without the invention of " 'gender-neutral parenting?"

There are many points that i would like to raise here, but just 2 come to mind.

Firstly, as Max is the only child in the house, how did he indicate to his parents that he preferred a tutu and little girls dresses or were they already by some magic, already at hand.
No, his parents introduced them to him....nurture....not nature.

Secondly.

She adds: ‘It doesn’t matter if he’s homosexual, bisexual, transsexual or asexual as far as I’m concerned. I didn’t give birth to him to say “I’m only going to love you if you’re this way”. I love him for who he is.’

If course, there is the possibility that he could be........"heterosexual."

That child will grow up being GAY...

its a totally different matter if it is the lads choice, play with dolls, wear a dress, but the parents shouldn't be making him do anything by way of what they want him to wear, he is a lad, born a lad, and will have to go to school and be a lad, think if he fesses up in class dressed in a tutu, not going to go down well is it.
and if some have boys know by dint of experience, they can be tough little so and so's, not all, but they have the rough and tumble programmed into their genes, not to say girls don't, but for the most part little boys behaviour is somewhat different from little girls early on.
Not in my experience.
it is in mine. you are saying that little boys don't like rough and tumble, games, sport and
They are different in my experience, from very early on.
Yep, my brother pulled the legs off spiders ad put bleach in my tadpoles. Can't see a girl doing that.
no indeed. and i did say not all.
my siblings were monsters, who got up to some much trouble, no wonder i followed suit.
One of my sons loves sports, the other doesn't and neither have rough and tumbled any differently to my daughter...
When there are children of different sexes in the house, they will cross the so called gender line at will.

Speaking of toilet training as someone mentioned, if you can get a one/two year old boy to stand and aim in potty or loo - then you are a better man than I Gunga Din.

Mother is a bit vocal on the topic, Max will decide his future and Max alone.
I hope he's allowed to...
My youngest son went through a stage of not leaving the house without clothes pegs in his hair.
thats the point, the parents seem to want him to be both
but it really doesn't work like that,
what a load of pretentious drivel from ummmm. Mikey and others are talking about living in the real world. Yes ummm you are perhaps correct techincally but in reality try going to school in a dress, not saying it's right but it's real. So ummmm I assume you are a bloke, how would you have got on going to school in a skirt?
As gromit said on page one, these people are foolish and selfish. Using a child as a guinea pig in their own weird experiment.
He'll probably grow up to hate them, but they're so self obsessed they won't care.
I'm not a bloke.

ummmm your'e all woman xx
Oh come on, without cross-dressing we'd lose comedy gold like this ...

They have decided to home school him and that worries me because in my view this child desperately needs to mix with other children outside of his home environment and have some time away from his parents' influence, especially his mother's. And if he turns out to be gay then fine, but let him find his own way there.
// this child desperately needs to mix with other children outside of his home environment //

I agree. He desperately needs to get away from his parents and mix with less cruel and selfish people - children or adults.
