I Have Been Charged With Two Accounts Of Common Assult.other Guy .
i have been charged with two accounts of common assult.their injuries were a thick lip and a push on other guy .what is the sentance for this.also this is my first affence.

No I dont think you would go to prison for this - fine or community order

If as your name suggests Lifter means weight lifter - you will tower over people and honestly you have to learn not to push people. It wasnt thro a window by any chance ? Everyone wants to go out and enjoy themselves, and in your case you must learn (start today !) not to go out and then progress on to a fight.... and if you were sober - its even worse.
and doing it on CCTV is criminal negligence....
You must learn to walk away from others trying to start fights....
