I want to do a recipe of prawns wrapped in filo pastry, can anyone tell me, can I pre prepare them and put them in the fridge until I decide to put them in the oven or does the filo pastry go funny?

I've done this a few times with various fillings without any problems but watch out for the tips of the pastry (if you have done them like a wee bag) getting too dry before cooking - a brush of melted butter or oil of your preference will stop them burning.
