I became a grandma again today. My daughter had a little girl this afternoon, well i say little she was 9lbs 13oz. My eight grandchild. I am one very proud lady tonight !!

Maggiebee, so agree, but I'd go further, Loved, cuddled and sent home! Let someone else have the sleepless nights.
I never realised until I became a grandma how little I knew about childrearing, the girls set me straight though! When I want a chuckle and I've read all the AB jokes etc, I have a look at Mumsnet, always good for a laugh.

Congrats from me too, with a certain amount of envy. I only have three grandchildren, all boys, and now too late for any more. I tend to fantasise about great grandchildren but I think I am hoping too much. Not much chance.
