Her Majesty Guards are not called privates there are called GUARDSMAN come on bbc sort your programmes out!

Doesn't surprise me. In a BBC programme, they had a uniformed soldier salute whilst not wearing a cap.

agree totally bookbinder I am surprised they got the correct plume and side to wear it! don't think I will watch the next episode.

I don't know anything about the Welsh Guards but is that really a reason not to watch the next episode of this brilliant series.

in theory this shouldn't work, an irritating bloke from the office+a nobody, more or less. But together they def work. From the 1st second you are drawn!! and have to watch it til the credits.

Thought it a hugely entertaining show. Did not catch this error on watching it, but since I as never in the guards it would not have spoiled my enjoyment of the show even had I caught it at the time.
