..At 2.30 pm on Boxing Day I ordered a new Samsung Smart TV on line from 'The Co-operative Electrical'. I was informed I could book a 60min delivery slot and a day of my choice. An Email the evening before delivery would tell me my time slot. I booked delivery for today (Saturday) and was informed it would be between 7.00am and 7.31am!!! This morning at 7.10am my doorbell rang and there was my new TV delivered as promised....brilliant, although my experience in an ideal world should be the norm not the exception, hats off to superior service. Oh almost forgot this exceptional delivery service was free!!

Missed that boxtops what was it
Had the same service from Co Op Electrical earlier in the year when I ordered a new tv for my mum. Delivery was as promised however the stand was the wrong one , I rang them straight away and the right one was delivered the next morning.

Ah Appliances Online good outfit I didn't know they changed their name. I bought a washing machine from them a year or so ago.

I might add that after considerable research into this Tv the Co-Op beat Currys, Richer Sound, John Lewis, Amazon Ebay and every one else I looked at by at least £30.(Samsung UE40F5500 £369.99)
