pop up windows. Annoying!

Is there a program that totally stops these annoying windows from piling up and even shutting me down?

adaware is one of many pieces of software that prevents this,the only problem is that some web sites won't let you view their pages if you use it.

Disable Javascript - there should be an option in your browser settings. Obviously this does reduce the functions on some sites.

I used to use a bit of free.ware called POP_UP KILLER It was O.K. not too many bugs. Type "pop-up killer" into your search engine
