On replacing my '04 Citroen C3 main lightbulb that had blown the catch that holds the bulb securely in place broke. At first I though it was just the wire but it transpires it is the part that holds he wire itself. I am unsure of the name of the part but it is the light bulb diffuser / cap actually in the headlamp itself. Can this be replaced or will I need to buy a whole headlamp u it? Thanks

I don't know for sure but I'd be pretty certain it'll be a whole unit

looks like about 100 quid from Europarts

http://www.eurocarparts.com/headlight

But I'd look at my local 'scrap yard' these days most will get you the part you need no wandering about with a tool box

Or try ebay

about half that price

Thanks Jake the Peg. Will start looking around but in-between time I will try n rig something up to secure the bulb in place. Either way I will need to remove the light unit. Could be fun!?!
