Nope not blocked in by snow, luckily! Not sure about these but could be cedar, or chestnut, or juniper....??
I trhink it is Elm! Yes here in Cheshire we have loads so it's a quiz day! Jill
Could be lime ?
Surely the answer is obvious, (if I`m reading the question right` The O A K features by far the most in London street names. I suspect that if you look an any other city you will find the same. btw We are in brilliant sunshine, not cold, no snow - Bournemouth is usually like this at this time of year.

On Wed 15th this same Question was asked and a very patient A B'er called sddsddean went through his A-Z of London and counted Street names with trees in.His answer was Elm 117 and Oak 99.Hope that will settle the problem for you.Sorry sddsddean I assumed you to be male but if I am wrong I apologise.

In my London AZ, I have counted 362 Oaks & 254 Elms.
