What Would Be Your Last Meal

I saw an interested thread on a forum about this, and interested to hear your thoughts. Last meal before execution!

There was a recipe book published along these lines about 20 years ago, called "Last Suppers" where celebs were asked what would their last meal be if forever after they were to be imprisoned on bread-and-water. Most people asked for a type of Sunday lunch, and most of those asked for roast lamb. But the american ambassador's wife asked for a gluttonous banquet including "mile-high pie".

Talking of McDonalds - Apparently quite often people want a McDonalds burger as part of their last meal. It was suggested that they should say that their burgers are a meal to die for.

I'd have a fish supper, with mushy peas, from Longs in Belfast. It would need to be washed down with a bottle of Beaujolais Nouveau, 2040 vintage.

Probably big fat steak baked potato peas the works then I would be too anxious to eat it.
